With over 15 years of progressive leadership experience, he currently serves as Director – Lead & Strategy at Essential Business Advisory Services Ltd and Essential Management Consultancy Services Ltd, where he drives strategic growth, talent development, performance optimization, and ethical governance across diverse client portfolios. Aggrey is a Senior Professional in Human Resources – International (SPHRi, HRCI-USA) and holds a Master of Science in Human Resource Management from the University of Nairobi. He is also a Certified Human Resource Professional (CHRP) and a Higher Diploma holder in HR Management, with an undergraduate background in International Business Administration (Finance) from USIU-Africa. A respected Court-Annexed Mediator (MAC No. 2023-1144), Aggrey specializes in commercial and labour dispute resolution, bringing balance, procedural fairness, and deep knowledge of Kenya’s Employment Act and international labour standards into every engagement. He is a published author and HR commentator, co-author of the Workplace Discipline Manual, and author of HR Saves Christmas and HR Goes to Therapy. Through his periodical newsletter HRO, he continues to shape conversations in human capital management.
