Mary O. Anduuru is a distinguished business leader, organizational development practitioner, and governance professional with extensive experience in insurance, management consultancy, and institutional leadership. She currently serves as the Chief Executive Officer of Marlite Insurance Agency Limited, where she provides strategic direction, drives business growth, and ensures the delivery of innovative insurance solutions tailored to client needs.
Mary also serves as the Board Chair of LAA Foundation, where she provides visionary leadership and oversight to advance the foundation’s mission of empowering communities and promoting sustainable social impact initiatives. Her leadership reflects a deep commitment to service, accountability, and long-term institutional strengthening.
In addition, she is a Director and Shareholder at Essential Management Consultancy Services Limited, where she contributes to organizational strategy, business advisory, and capacity development initiatives for clients across diverse sectors.
Mary is currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Organizational Development at the United States International University (USIU–Africa), further strengthening her expertise in organizational effectiveness, leadership, and change management. She holds a Bachelor of Science in International Business Administration from United States International University (USIU–Africa), which laid the foundation for her career in business leadership and enterprise development.
Beyond her professional roles, Mary is an active Rotarian with the Rotary Club of Madaraka, demonstrating her commitment to ethical leadership, community service, and global fellowship. Her involvement in Rotary reflects her passion for service above self and her dedication to contributing to meaningful social and economic transformation.
